Exclusions

• All Our Vehicle Package Prices are exclusive of GST.
• Package doesn't include with any meals or accommodation.
• Bookings will be taken only on the availability on required dates.
• All sightseeing entrance fees charges would be borne by tourists.
• No Bargain on the package prices since it is with discounted price.
• GST Would not be applicable on Driver Batta, Road Toll & Parking.
• Company doesn’t own any Passenger Travel Insurance for the Customers.
• Additional Driver's night Batta driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am as per the vehicles.
• The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost.
• Driver will not be responsible for the things carried by passenger baggage/any gadgets.
• Any extra charges apart from the agreed price would be additional, which is supposed to be cleared before the journey ends.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like delaying of Flight, road blockage, vehicle repair, public/political disturbances etc.
• If when the Booking request is confirmed by the customer and fleets not available on preferred dates the amount would be refunded with 2/3 working days of time.
• Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular place at the time of quoting and these rates may change during long weekends or any occasion.All prices are subject to availability and can be varied without intimation.

Change in the pre-defined Bookings

• Additional charges would be applicable as per the changes in the Bookings.
• Changing / upgrading the vehicle would be considered to Cancellation of Booking.
• Prepone or Postpone of the changes in the travelling dates would be considered as Cancellation Booking.
• If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request with respective Cancellation charges.
• Kindly inform the Booking person or the advisor or to any one of the team members of Siddeshwara so the necessary changes and arrangements can be made accordingly.

• Payments can be made online at www.siddeshwaratravels.in by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or by Cheque/Demand Draft favouring “SIDDESHWARA TRAVELS".
• SIDDESHWARA TRAVELS reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice if the payment is not cleared by the given date.
• Overwriting on Cheques is not allowed as per RBI rule
• Guests who are unable to visit our offices for Booking, can deposit cheques in any one of the below Bank Accounts or can make payment Online through Net Banking
• Intimate us once the payment done for the Booking by sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details to our respective email.
• When we receive entire payment via online NEFT/, NEFT/RTGS/ IMPS 5% GST would be charged on the base tariff
• Payment via AMEX Card 4% and Visa/Master Cards 2% including with 5% of GST would be charged.

Cancellation Policy

• Booking will not be cancelled orally.
• Booking cancellation will be considered in to Action only after calling & email / sms.  
• If the guest decides to cancel the tour/trip due to any unavoidable reason then he/she shall should write down mail with specified Booking No only then it will be considered as cancellation.
• Changes in the travelling dates or upgrading with the vehicles would be considered as Cancellation.
• Prepone / Postpone of the changes in the travelling dates would be considered as Cancellation
• In case of Cancellation 1Week before the trip 25 % of booking amount would be charged.
• In case of cancellation from Company’s end, the entire booking amount would be refunded.
• In case of Cancellation before 2/3 Days of the Trip 50% of booking amount would be charged.
• In case of Cancellation before 10 Days or more from the Trip no charges would be applicable.
• In Case of cancellation of trip 1 day before the date of journey booking amount of 100% Non-Refundable.

Refund

• Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund which is to be paid to the guest.
• In case if any Tour is cancelled from the Company's end, then the full refund of amount paid by the guest will be made within 7 working days of cancellation by the tour/trip.
• Alternatively, the guest can take any other Tour/Trip option suggested by the team or can utilize the booking amount paid for any of the company's future tour/trip.
